Kris Riddle was born in upstate South Carolina along the edge of the
Blue Ridge Escarpment. This magical area provided an illuminating
backdrop of visual imagery in which Kris spent much time as a youth.
After graduating as an Undergraduate Research Scholar in
Environmental Science from the University of North Carolina at
Asheville, Kris decided to further his education and training at the
Hallmark Institute of Photography, where he received the Faculty Award.

Mr. Riddle creates custom, quality photographic imagery for discerning clients.
He is based out of Asheville, NC, where he lives with his wife and their two pets.
His other interests include backpacking, botany, Johnny Cash music, and
Alfred Hitchcock movies.
